Children must be on the School premises 10 minutes before the
bell rings. The school follows the list of holidays notified by
the State Government.
Students are expected to attend classes on all the working days
of the terms. In case of absence for more than 3 days due to sickness,
a Medical Certificate should be produced. Students will not be
allowed to leave the school premises during school hours. A minimum
of 75% attendance is compulsory for promotion.
Each pupil is provided with a Home Work diary from the school.
Parents are expected fo go through it every day and sign it before
Test and Examination Marks showing the progress of pupils will
be in the report for information and follow-up by the parents.
Pupil's performance is assessed throughout. Academic Merit, Literary
and sports prizes are awarded during Schools Day Celebration and
Candidates must pass the examination in all the subjects. Minimum
aggregate marks of 45% in all subjects will qualify the child
for promotion to the next higher class. Promotion is granted on
the basis of whole year's performance and not on the result of
the final examination alone.
Uniform will be designed in accordance with the school pattern
and colour decided from time to time. No jewellery of any kind
should be worn by children when they come to school.
